Kai Trump spills the tea on her relationship with grandpa Donald

KAI TRUMP’S LIFE BEHIND THE HEADLINES

Kai Trump, Donald Trump’s eldest grandchild, has attracted attention in recent years—not only because of her famous family, but because of her growing passion for golf.

Born in 2007, Kai grew up largely away from the spotlight. That changed in 2024 when she stepped onto the stage at the Republican National Convention and spoke publicly about her grandfather.

She described Donald Trump as a caring and loving grandfather who checks on his grandchildren’s schoolwork and celebrates their achievements. She even shared a playful detail: he gives the grandchildren candy and soda when their parents aren’t looking.

Kai later revealed that the speech was especially emotional because it was the first time she had seen her grandfather after the assassination attempt against him. She said they both became emotional during the moment.

But politics does not appear to be her main focus.

Golf has become a major part of Kai’s life. She competed at her school in Florida, won a ladies’ club championship at Trump’s golf course, and has said that golf is her biggest passion.

In 2024, she announced her commitment to the University of Miami’s women’s golf team, thanking her parents, team, and grandfather for supporting her journey.

She also regularly plays golf with her grandfather—and says their matches can become surprisingly competitive. According to Kai, the games are often close, although she admits he wins a lot and gives her a serious challenge.

Despite growing up around fame, Kai says she has remained grounded and prefers to blend in rather than constantly be recognized as a member of a famous family.

For now, her focus is clear: golf, competition, and building her own future. And her story may only be beginning.
